This is a fine and elegant wine. In its youth, the colour is purplish ruby, brillant and limpid. This is typical of a wine that is made with a big majority of grenache without maturation in oak casks.
The nose is very pleasant, with black fruits aromas, like blackcurrent and cherry. We can also smell pepper and liquorice, and violet.
In the mouth, freshness, smooth tannins and warm alcohol are very well-balanced.
The colour will evolve towards tile-red. The aromas will turn into preserved fruits, leather, and this wine remains as something very racy and elegant.
