Regional liqueur & aperitif

Our selection of digestives comes from the Distillerie Blachère, in Châteauneuf du Pape. Doyenne of Provençal distilleries in Vaucluse, Frédéric Mistral paid homage to her harvesters who went to Ventoux to harvest the plants needed to make liqueurs and elixirs, some of which are inspired by ancient recipes.
