Caracteristics:

nice yellow colour with shiny glints, this wine seduces with a citrus and yellow fruits nose, nicely flowery. The mouth is full and silky. This wine will perfectly match with noble fish, or a dublin bay prawns and truffle risotto, shellfish gratin, as well as goat or blue cheese.

Evolution of the wine:

The color will evolve towards a yellow with golden reflections. The freshness of the fruits will disappear in favor of more jammy aromas, the notes of dried fruits (apricot, almond, hazelnut) as well as spicy and slightly smoky notes, all preserving its particular complexity.

Food and wine pairings:

like any young white wine from Châteauneuf du Pape, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, in the spirit of "aperitif tasting", during the truffle season, or with grilled fish, scallops. ..
