The elixir of Mont Ventoux is a herbal liqueur produced by the Blachère Distillery since 1835. It is obtained by a succession of different processes, and comes from more than 30 plants, flowers and spices. Once the distillation of the plants is completed, the liqueur benefits from the addition of a maceration of flowers. The Mont Ventoux® Elixir is aged in oak barrels. We taste this liqueur that reminds the Chartreuse in digestive, at temperature or on crushed ice, it can enter the composition of sorbet or perfume a dessert.
