The Côtes du Rhône Domaine de Tout Vent Cuvée Mistral is a beautiful bright red with purplish reflections the 1st year. On the nose, small jammy red fruits announce the delicacy and sweetness of this wine. On the palate, we distinguish roundness, a clear balance, tannins coated by its passage in lightning, a pleasant substance and a controlled alcohol.

CHARACTERISTICS
The young wines have a full red colour with a purplish shimmer, and acquire an orange glimmer with age.
On the nose, we discover very ripe fruits like blackcurrent and mulberry in the young wines, which evolves with time towards dried fruits and preserved fruits like cherries, as well as kirsch and leather.
In the mouth, there is a roundness, supple tannins and a rather warm alcohol sensation. This is a good example of Côtes du Rhône wines.
WINE AND FOOD
Special features of this wine are the following :
- fruity aromas ( grenache, cinsault and carignan)
- a nice freshness (cinsault and carignan) and good structure (syrah)
- a warm alcohol and roundness ( grenache).
That’s why we can imagine nice “alliance” with courses made from ingredients like red meat, pepper, Provence herbs, black olive or anchovy paste. As vegetable we can cook italian preserved tomatoes, zucchini, grilled onions, mushrooms...in short, all the ingredients that are used in a real mediterranean way of cooking!!
