This balsamic vinegar with truffle contains no additive. It is a delicate and elegant product, to which the truffle brings its refined notes. This truffle balsamic is used to deglaze a meat or foie gras to sublimate its juices, or to prepare the 4-star seasoning of a lentil salad with poultry livers, or the famous perigourdine, or to spice up a pan of scrambled eggs with truffle.
