The Olive of Nyons is a black olive of rather dark brown colour. Its flesh is sweet and almost without bitterness, candied and wrinkled thanks to the unique process developed for the AOP Olives de Nyons, in the north of Provence. It is rather oval in shape and generous. We chose it packaged in jars, more practical to keep once opened, in a dry and cool place.
