The Santolinade of green olives with almonds and hazelnuts is delicious alone on toasted bread, with a small fresh or creamy goat cheese, green olives and dried fruits such as almonds or hazelnuts associating really well with this type of cheese. It can also cover a puff pastry to make small aperitif puffs or a savoury tart base (zucchini, goat cheese or feta…).
