The Côtes du Rhône Domaine de Tout Vent Cuvée Réservée is a beautiful brilliant red with purplish reflections the 1st year. On the nose, small jammy red fruits announce the delicacy and sweetness of this wine. On the palate, we distinguish roundness, a clear balance, tannins coated by its passage in lightning, a pleasant substance and a controlled alcohol.

EVOLUTION: Time will give it its pretty garnet color typical of more mature red wines. The aromas will evolve towards notes of jammy red fruits, leather and undergrowth. A wine to be enjoyed from the first years for its delicious fruitiness, or to wait a few years in the best vintages to better enjoy its “Côtes du Rhône” character.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS: The particularities of the grape varieties that make up this wine are as follows:

- aromas of red fruits (grenache, cinsault and carignan)

- lovely freshness (cinsault and carignan) and structure (syrah);

- a warm alcohol and volume, smoothness (grenache).

We can thus imagine very successful pairings with dishes based on red meat and small game birds, flavored with Provencal herbs, pepper, tapenade or anchovies. The vegetables can be chosen from candied tomatoes, zucchini, grilled onions, undergrowth mushrooms...
